Alcohol content 13.50% vol
It is obtained from the vinification of grapes Malvasia perfectly exposed e grown in the ideal microclimate of Barletta. These, after a while manual harvesting and pressing soft, they are vinified at low temperature and the must is started to aging in steel.
Color straw yellow, complex on the nose floral and taste is fresh, fine and of good persistence.
Alcohol 12,50% vol
Is a Black of Rose Troy obtained from winemaking of grapes selected by the brandPassionero. These, after a while manual harvesting and pressing soft, they are vinified at low temperature and the must at the end of fermentation it is aged in steel.
Color pink cherry, the nose is fruity and floral. The taste is fresh and balanced and of good persistence.
Alcohol content 14.50% vol
Is a velvety Nero di Troia obtained from vinification ofgrapes selected by the brand Passionero. After maceration at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation, wines from the different ones parcels are assembled and placed for some months to rest in barriques of second and third passage for a period which goes from 10 to 12 months. Some week before bottling, it undergoes a slight collecting that settles brings with it the last lees of the wine. Bottle aging contributes to improve the quality of product and lasts no less than 18 months, until the consumer is the potential of the wine itself will allow it. Color intense ruby red, the nose is complex, with fruity and spicy notes. The taste is soft, balanced and persistent.
IL CAVALIERE “Rosso Barletta doc”
Alcohol content 13.00% vol
It’s a Nero di Troia DOC obtained from winemaking in steel of grapes selected from brand Passionero. The must, after fermentation at a controlled temperature, completes the malolactic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks Color ruby red tending to garnet and orange reflections with aging, the nose is broad and fine, with prevailing hints of red berry fruits and spices.
The taste is balanced and persistent.
Alcohol content 14.50% vol
Is a Nero di Troia obtained from the vinification of grapes selected by the Passionero brand. Hand-picked grapes are sent to wine-making tanks. The first day of fermentation the wine is subjected to a light bleed of up to 20% to increase its concentration. There maceration with the skins lasts 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C in concrete tanks. After racking, the wine stays in stainless steel tanks until the malolactic fermentation is completed, which usually takes place in November and immediately after passes into new barrels where it matures for 12 months before being bottled and left to rest for at least 6 months before being placed on the marke
Color intense ruby red, the nose is broad, with notes of ripe fruit, licorice, spices and vanilla. On the palate it is fullbodied, soft, very balanced and persistent. Overall it is harmonious.
